Character Counts for April

The pillar for the month of April is Trustworthiness. Be honest. Don’t deceive, cheat or steal. Be reliable. Do what you say you’ll do. Have the courage to do the right thing. Build a good reputation. Be loyal. Stand by your family and country.

Has your best friend ever told a secret that you didn’t want everyone to know? Were your parents ever disappointed that you didn’t tell about the poor grade you got on the test? Can you be trusted to be on time for the bus? Do you try to cheat on a test?

Trustworthiness is being worthy of trust. Know when you shouldn’t do something. Let’s be trustworthy, not just for the month of April, but all year long.
